Hello everyone, I am a retired U.S. Marine Gunnery Sergeant where I worked in the Communications field. Although being a Marine was fulfilling, my technical job was not my passion, thus I’m now pursuing my career in health and wellness. I have a small business Semper Wellness LLC. where I personal train and coach women on reaching their wellness goals. I have my MS in Exercise Science: Wellness and Fitness as well as a master's certificate in Wellness Coaching. I'm originally from Waterford, MI, but I currently live in Norfolk, VA with my husband and two fur babies, Gucci and Bentley. I enjoy many outdoor activities such as running, group exercise, dog walking, golf, hiking, stand-up paddle, boating, and just about anything that promotes an active lifestyle. Three words that best describe me are inspirational, energetic, and dedicated.
