Coaching guides people in their health & wellness journey. It is a method of traveling from point A to point B, moving from a current state of health to an ideal state of health. Most of the time, we assume direct moves will get us to our endpoint faster, but the trip is just as important as the destination. You want to learn about yourself, enjoy your travels and gain new perspectives along the way. We will set achievable goals, develop strategies for possible obstacles, and move forward with an action plan all at your pace.

I am a health coach, so I am passionate about healthy living! I am also a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I live with an autoimmune disease with food limitations, so I focus on health & wellness everyday, especially nutrition and exercise.
There are more components to wellness than you have probably heard about. In my experience with clients, self-care and self-awareness were often times needed more than a set of squats or counting calories. Perhaps meditation, more family time, better sleep, a walk with your dog, or a meal plan would make you feel healthy. We will begin with a free initial call to introduce ourselves to each other, answer any questions you may have, and review what coaching entails. You will register for your own coaching portal where you can access resources, utilize well-being assessments, and track your progress. From there, we will create a wellness vision and our schedule. Let's build a coaching program which fits into your life.
